Sharpening service by mail is offered to anyone; especially those who live outside our service area.

If you have an item that is not listed on our order form, or is in very poor condition, please call 704-795-2444 and we can quote you a price.
We strongly urge you to purchase postal insurance when mailing your items. We include postal insurance when returning your items. Please follow postal guidelines for packaging and mailing knives and cutting tools.
We offer some recommendations on packaging below. SHARPER than SHARP is not responsible for lost or damaged items. Please allow 3-5 business days for return shipping.
PACKAGING RECOMMENDATIONS:
Wrap all knives/blades in newspaper, rolling the item carefully in a diagonal manner. Fold the excess newspaper over the tip and secure with tape and/or rubber bands. Place knives/blades in appropriate size box and add additional newspaper or Styrofoam so that the items do not move or shift inside box. |
